4. INNER CONSTRUCTIONS:
A)Pocketed coil in seat cushions;
B)Kiln dried solid wood internal frame and plywood, metal coil springs and fabric rubber, rust and moisture proofing treatment.
5. PACKING METHOD:
Cardboard wrapping with corner protection, middel layer with polyester, outer layer with woven plastic bag.
7. MOQ: 1-5 sets as trial order is acceptable
8. Delivery date: 5-7 days for trial order, 10-15 days for bulk order.
9. Production ability per month: 500-800sets.
10: Payement: T/T ,30% deposit, 70%before shippment.
Inspection of sofa
We have our own QC department in our factory to make sure that all our products are in very good quality before ship out to our customers.
Quality Control
(1) Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
(2) We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
(3) Every sofa quality checked before packing.
(4) Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
